Responsibilities
- Define and drive the integration strategy between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP applications- Provide architectural leadership for SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite- Design and govern scalable data models and integration architectures- Support the development of Data Lake and middleware architectures- Design and implement Point-to-Point Integrations and BTP Extensions- Manage complex interfaces and enterprise data flows- Support AI-related initiatives, including the technical enablement of SAP Joule- Define integration standards and best practices- Coordinate with international business units and technical stakeholdersRequirements: - Extensive experience as a Lead Integration Architect or Integration Solution Architect- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integrations- Deep knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite- Hands-on experience with Data Lake, MDI, BIB, Point-to-Point Integration, and BTP Extensions- Experience defining enterprise integration strategies and middleware architectures- Strong understanding of data architecture, master data management, and integration governance- Experience in complex global transformation programs- Knowledge of AI integration, particularly SAP Joule, is an advantage- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills- Fluent English language skillsAufgrund von Kundenvorgaben wird eine projektbezogene Anstellung vorausgesetzt.
