About this role
Serves as the primary technical resource for the District Building Automation System (BAS). Monitors, operates, maintains, troubleshoots, programs, and documents BAS components and systems. Responds to BAS alarms and calls, coordinates with HVAC staff and the Assistant HVAC Supervisor, and supports BAS-related projects, controls work, commissioning, documentation, and system optimization. Provides technical support and expertise but does not have direct supervisory responsibility.
Salary: $49.13 per hour
