Reports to: Athletic Director and/or Athletic Assistant Director
General Summary: To operate the concession stands at a profit for the Junior Class.
Essential Functions
- Coordinates/directs the concessions at all home Boys' Varsity Basketball games.
- Supervises Junior Class Officers and members in obtaining adequate assistance and products for each game.
- Maintains inventory control.
- Sets prices and supervises the cash flow on each concession nigh; count/deposit all funds.
- Count/deposits all funds.
- Ensures that equipment is maintained and updated, if necessary.
- Stays abreast of the concession market; tries/evaluates new products.
- Performs other reasonably related duties as may be assigned by the Principal.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
