- Valid Ohio Teaching License

- Excellent classroom management techniques
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Elementary reading endorsement
- Masters degree
- Experience as an Elementary School teacher
- Experience in working with special needs students
- Familiar with and capable of utilizing computer applications to enhance instruction
- Knowledge of various reading methods
- Previous remedial instruction experience
- Experience with response to intervention
- Experience with data analysis and data driven decision making
