We are searching for a Warehouse Associate for our Distribution Center in Rumford, RI
Schedule: 1st Shift - 8:00am-5:00pm ET Monday through Friday – 1-hour lunch
Starting Compensation: $22.00/HR (firm – non-negotiable) - BIWEEKLY PAY

Required Pre-Employment Screening

Job Type
- Full-Time. Direct-Hire to the Company.
- No Agencies. No Contracts.
- This is a permanent job with year-round work.
Role Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders on foot with a hand cart
- Material handling with pallet jack and sit-down propane forklift as needed
- General housekeeping duties
- Lifting up to 70lbs unassisted
- Loading/unload trailers + palletizing and pallet wrapping
Qualifications
- 1+ year of warehouse experience in a position performing similar duties
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Sit-down forklift experience is a plus
Role Characteristics
- Stands for 3 to 4 hours at a time
- Lifts up to 70 pounds
- Withstands fluctuating temperature changes
- Quickly learns new systems
- Has an excellent work ethic
- Excels in a quick-paced environment
- Requires pivoting to different duties through out the day as needed
