Key Responsibilities
- Drive leasing activity through effective sales techniques, prospect follow-up, and relationship building.
- Maintain accurate prospect records, guest cards, and follow-up activities using Yardi and CRM.
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to increase traffic and generate qualified leads.
- Create engaging social media content, including property tours, reels, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a strong online presence and help manage the property's digital reputation.
- Conduct professional, engaging property tours and confidently close leases.
- Assist with resident retention, lease renewals, and resident events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and leasing specials.
- Ensure the leasing office, model apartments, and tour paths are consistently presented to a high standard.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
- Minimum 3 years of multifamily leasing experience, with a strong record of leasing performance.
- Hands-on experience with Yardi and CRM systems (required).
- Strong social media and digital marketing skills, including experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Excellent sales, communication, and closing skills.
- Professional, polished presentation with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with luxury or Class A multifamily communities preferred.
