General Cleaners/Groundsman Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:
- Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities grounds. Performs cleaning duties, such as cleaning restrooms, sweeping, mopping floors removing trash. Performs grounds duty cutting and maintaining the grass and weeds as needed.
- Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisor, manager.
- Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Client, DTE Fermi
- Grounds/Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Requirements
- Must have the ability to work with other crew members
- Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
- Must have reliable transportation
- Steel toed shoes required when applicable
- Ability to work in hot conditions
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific power plan environment, including ten-year work history if available.
