About this role
- Perform a thorough review of customer all returns and will process through proprietary engineering software.
- Ensure high quality of work with every return processed.
- Attention to detail is a must!
- Experience within a fast-moving, technology driven environment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally within the department is an asset.
- Ability to input data entry to CTDI systems via PC and Microsoft Excel.
- Support Returns Supervisor with various tasks at hand.
- Maintain a clean, organized work station.
