Are you looking to launch your career in accounting? Taber Company is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of accounting and operations while building a foundation for long-term growth.
What You’ll Do
- Process and manage accounts payable, including invoice entry, vendor reconciliation, and payment preparation
- Support project costing by tracking and allocating costs to active projects
- Work closely with purchasing and receiving to match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
- Take on a variety of special projects and tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Interest in starting or building a career in accounting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and accounting software
- Clear communication and willingness to collaborate across departments
- Coursework or a degree in accounting or a related field is a plus, but not required
