- Job Requirements Education and Experience Requirements Technical or Engineering degrees in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in cable or electronics assembly.
- Knowledge of process validation, tooling design, and production ramp-up.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, process documentation, and engineering specifications.
- Experience with pilot builds, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong hands-on skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- What your background should look like Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred.
