Decisity is an AI-native strategy consulting platform from Hamburg that turns briefs and documents into board-ready strategy decks. Decisity turns a scoping brief and a company's own documents into board-ready strategy decks, with every claim traceable to its source. You build the platform that makes this work.
What you'll do
- Build product features end to end, from the document workspace to deck export
- Develop the web app in TypeScript, React and Next.js
- Work on the Python services behind document ingestion and analysis
- Run and improve the platform on Google Cloud
- Keep security, EU data residency and access control in every feature
What you bring
- 5+ years building production web applications
- Strong TypeScript and React; Next.js is a plus
- Experience with Python services and SQL databases
- Experience with a cloud platform, ideally Google Cloud
- Fluent English; German is a plus
