Role Summary
We are hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer with 2 to 3 years of professional development experience to build innovative tools, prototypes, proof of concepts, and backend services that support strategic platform planning. This remote role is suited to a proactive developer with strong systems thinking, problem-solving skills, and an interest in using AI-powered development tools to improve productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop client applications and backend services using TypeScript, Java, or Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop tools, prototypes, and proof-of-concept implementations.
- Build tools and utilities that support planning, development, and operational processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to introduce best practices and new solutions.
- Use AI development tools such as Claude or Cursor to accelerate development and improve productivity.
- Work independently and collaboratively to solve problems and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Accept feedback, adapt to new challenges, and expand technical knowledge beyond current areas of expertise.
Must-Have Skills
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Java, or Python.
- Experience building web applications, RESTful services, and APIs.
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Claude or Cursor.
- Strong understanding of frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to understand complex systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
