The Circle Project Assoc. Inc is a non-profit, charitable, community-based organization that provides a range of programs and services in Regina and surrounding area. As an Indigenous organization, we strive to strengthen our community by working with individuals and families. We require a dynamic, high-energy, team player for this executive position. The OpportunityWe are seeking a visionary, collaborative and community-minded Executive Director (ED) to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth.
- The ED will provide strategic leadership, oversee operations, secure sustainable funding, champion our mission and ensure our programs align with the needs of the people we serve.

Qualifications & Experience Education
- Post secondary education.
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Experience: Minimum five plus years of leadership or management experience, preferably within the non-profit sector or an Indigenous organization.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional relational skills, with an ability to connect authentically with community members, general public, funder as well as corporate donors.
- Cultural Grounding: Deep knowledge and understanding of Indigenous culture, truth and reconciliation efforts and local community climate.
- Other: A valid driver's license and Criminal Record Check with a Vulnerable Sector Check will be required.
