Overview
The Finance Officer supports accurate, timely financial operations through accounting, bookkeeping, and sound financial services practices. This role helps colleagues make informed decisions by maintaining reliable records, monitoring financial activity, and supporting responsible use of organizational resources.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintain bookkeeping records, and complete account reconciliation to support accurate reporting.
- Assist with budgeting, cost management, and corporate finance activities, tracking variances and sharing clear financial updates.
- Support risk analysis and risk management by identifying discrepancies, documenting findings, and escalating concerns appropriately.
- Contribute to investment reviews and business development planning with relevant financial information; provide leadership through dependable coordination and collaboration.

Requirements
Required: Practical accounting and bookkeeping skills, accuracy with financial records, and the ability to reconcile accounts, organize financial information, and communicate findings clearly. Preferred: Experience supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, cost management, corporate finance, financial services, risk analysis, risk management, investment reviews, or business development, along with strengths in leadership and collaborative problem-solving.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
