- Responsibilities:.Operate snow removal equipment such as loaders, skid steers, dump trucks, and sanders..Clear, haul, and de-ice snow from commercial and industrial sites..Perform pre and post-shift equipment inspections..Report maintenance issues and ensure proper documentation..Follow all site safety and traffic protocols..Work efficiently as part of a coordinated winter operations team.
- Qualification:.Must be reliable..Previous snow removal or heavy equipment experience (preferred)..Availability for days, nights, weekends, and on-call shifts depending on weather..Valid Class 5 drivers license (minimum); Class 3A, 1A, or G/A endorsement is an asset..Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors for extended hours..Safety-first mindset and ability to work well in a team.
