Job Overview
The Home Renovator completes a range of residential renovation tasks, from preparing work areas to installing and finishing materials. The role involves interpreting project information, using tools safely, and coordinating work so customers and colleagues can rely on a well-organized renovation process.
Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project layouts, measurements, and work sequences.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete carpentry, drywall, caulking, cabinet installation, flooring, tile laying, and construction painting.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing, masonry, restoration, and related renovation tasks; support plumbing or electrical work as appropriate to the project.
- Assist with construction estimating and operate heavy equipment or welding tools when relevant to assigned work.

Requirements
Required: Practical ability to read project plans, use hand and power tools, and complete renovation tasks safely and accurately. Preferred: Construction experience, including carpentry, drywall, concrete, flooring, tile, restoration, cabinet installation, painting, estimating, masonry, welding, plumbing, electrical work, or heavy equipment operation.
Pay: $26.00-$36.00 per hour
