- Shift: 6:00am start Monday to Friday with rotational on call schedule for weekends

Responsibilities
Maintain and Repair Production Equipment
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Fabricate, adjust, repair, and replace machinery components as required
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability and performance
Minimize Downtime and Support Operations
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production issues
- Diagnose mechanical and operational problems efficiently
- Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives
Documentation and Compliance
- Complete maintenance work orders and documentation accurately
- Report equipment deficiencies, safety hazards, and maintenance concerns
- Ensure compliance with company, food safety, quality, and maintenance standards
Promote Safety and Operational Excellence
- Follow all health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations
