Ventech Mechanical Contractors has kept commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems running, and our clients' costs down, for over 12 years. From our base in Beamsville, we handle service, maintenance and construction projects for businesses across Hamilton, Burlington and the Niagara Region.

You'll own the full cycle: payables, receivables, payroll, month-end close and compliance. One person, one picture of the business, start to finish.

What We Need From You
What You'll Own
- Accounts payable: enter and code bills, match them to POs, prepare the bi-weekly payment run and reconcile supplier statements
- Accounts receivable: issue progress invoices, collect on Net 30 terms, track holdbacks and report on AR aging
- Payroll: process payroll from approved timesheets, maintain pay records and issue ROEs
- Month-end close: bank and credit card reconciliations, HST returns and CRA payroll remittances
- Compliance: manage our WSIB account, confirm subcontractor WSIB clearances and insurance certificates, and track staff licences and certifications, including TSSA and gas technician certificates
- HR and office admin: onboarding paperwork, benefits administration, certificates of insurance, bonding, warranty registrat
