Job Summary
Our small manufacturing company is looking for a Sewing Machine Operator. You will operate sewing machines to stitch materials using a variety of different substrates. On occasion, you will be required to operate other small machinery that supports our operations. This hands-on role suits someone who values careful workmanship, high attention to detail, follows production instructions, and contributes to an organized manufacturing workflow.
Duties
- Operate sewing machines and other small machinery
- Inspect materials and completed items, identify defects, and make adjustments or report issues as appropriate.
- Keep the work area and equipment orderly, follow safe operating practices, and support efficient movement of materials.
- Coordinate with production colleagues to meet workflow needs and maintain consistent output.
