Home Comfort Advisor (HVAC)
*Terms of Employment:* Full Time
*Salary:* Commission - Successful advisers can make 60K to 100K plus per year.

*Location:* Ottawa, Ontario
*Education:* Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP
*Experience:* Minimum 3 years of previous sales experience - experienced and comfortable with boilers and ductwork
*Languages:* Must speak, write and read English fluently with excellent respectful communication skills. Ability to speak French is a strong asset.
*Area of work:* In home sales, weekdays, evenings and weekends
*Security and Safety:* Criminal record check, Driver's validity license check
*Transportation/Travel Information:* Valid driver's license, use of your own vehicle

- Ability to close sales
- Ability to perform heat load calculations
- Ability to represent Advanced HVAC Inc. in a professional manner with customers, vendors, staff and the general public
- Work well under pressure
- Ability to handle difficult customer/installer/technician issues
- Adaptability?the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
- Ability to use and learn computer CRM system
- Punctual
Job Requirements
- Be available to perform in home consultations when clients are available, including evenings and weekends.
- Attend Sales and technical training to learn the products we offer
- Assist with marketing
- Attend all sales meetings
- Follow sales process
- Follow up on all leads provided
- Ability to close sales
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $60,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
