Job Overview
The part-time Dental Hygienist provides preventive oral care and supports patients in maintaining healthy smiles. You?ll explain care clearly, help patients feel comfortable, and coordinate with colleagues to keep visits organized and attentive.
Duties
- Provide dental hygiene care, including cleaning teeth and assessing oral health, in line with established clinical procedures.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and answer questions using clear, patient-centered communication.
- Document care accurately in patient records and coordinate relevant updates with the dental team.
- Support a welcoming, organized visit for patients across age groups.
Experience
Required: Practical dental hygiene capabilities, clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to explain care and maintain accurate records are essential to supporting safe, effective visits. Preferred: Dental office experience and familiarity with Dentrix, orthodontics, pediatrics, dental assisting, customer service, medical terminology, or bilingual communication can help you serve varied patient needs and collaborate smoothly.

Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 11.0 per week
