Duties
- Greet clients warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments efficiently, and assign jobs.
- promote our membership to new clients.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the office.
- Handle any patient concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on clients satisfaction.
- Proficient in administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing phone systems.
