About this role

Don?t just join a showroom. Help launch one.

Bofronts is a fast-growing Quebec company designing and manufacturing premium fronts, doors and accessories for IKEA cabinet systems (SEKTION, PAX, BESTÅ). With 50+ employees and our own factory in the Montreal area, we help homeowners across Canada turn their IKEA kitchens into something truly exceptional.

Now we?re opening our first showroom in Vancouver, and we?re hiring:

  • A part-time Kitchen Designer for evenings and weekends, when many of our clients prefer to visit

You?ll work alongside our Showroom Lead and be part of the team that brings Bofronts to Western Canada from day one.

What you?ll do

Design and sell kitchen projects

  • Welcome clients to the showroom and introduce them to our collections, materials, finishes and styles
  • Lead design consultations, understand client needs and create complete kitchen designs on IKEA cabinet systems
  • Validate plans and prepare accurate quotes
  • Guide clients through to the close and ensure consistent follow-up

Support the showroom

  • Keep the showroom impeccable and true to the Bofronts brand
  • Ensure a smooth handoff with the Showroom Lead on client files, appointments and follow-ups
  • Share market insights (client needs, trends, objections) with the local and Montreal teams

What success looks like

Within your first 90 days, you will have:

  • Mastered our products, ordering process and tools
  • Become a trusted presence for evening and weekend clients
  • Closed your first kitchen projects
