Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for technology sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively while handling various sales tasks.
Timing 10am-6:30pm
Understanding Punjabi is an must.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding.
- Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling products to meet customer needs.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked.
- Utilize basic math skills to process transactions and handle cash accurately.
- Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating strong phone etiquette when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while maintaining a positive work environment.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficient in technology sales, with an understanding of product features and benefits.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
