Assistant Restaurant Manager

Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Restaurant Manager and Owner in the day-to-day operations of a fast paced restaurant. Your 1 -3 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role combined with your practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching employees makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
The ideal candidate has
- 1) 1 + years of Management fast food experience combined with your practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching employees makes you an ideal candidate for this role
- 2) Demonstrate a passion for guest service and creating exceptional guest experiences
- 3) Pride yourself on building relationships with guests and your team
- 4) Have strong operational experience
- 5) Have excellent communication skills
- 6) Have a passion for coaching and mentoring
- 7) Have a desire to gain experience to help you be successful in your career
