Stride Physiotherapy & Wellness is looking for a full-time Physiotherapist to join our established multidisciplinary clinic in Red Deer, Alberta.
*You won't be starting from scratch!* With strong patient demand, established referral networks, and a collaborative team invested in your success, you'll have the opportunity to step into a busy practice while continuing to grow professionally.

What We Offer
- *Immediate caseload* supported by strong patient demand and established referral pathways.
- *Competitive contractor compensation* with potential annual earnings of *$90,000?$145,000*, based on full-time hours, caseload, and billings, plus growth and retention incentives.
- *Signing bonus and relocation assistance* available for eligible candidates.
- *Maximum 2 patients per hour*, with a private treatment room for every patient.
- *Predominantly private-pay caseload*, with minimal MVA involvement and no AHS or WCB contracts.
- *Structured mentorship and ongoing professional development*, supported by a team of physiotherapists and chiropractors at Stride.
- *Flexible scheduling* and full administrative support.
- *Multidisciplinary collaboration* with healthcare professionals across seven disciplines.

Who We're Looking For
- Registered or eligible for registration with Physiotherapy Alberta.
- Passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered, evidence-informed care.
- Collaborative, motivated, and committed to continued learning and professional growth.
