Our Guest Services team keeps the shop running smoothly while making sure every guest feels welcome from the moment they arrive.If you enjoy meeting new people, have a knack for staying organized, and thrive in a busy environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.What You'll Be DoingAs a Guest Services Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests and an important part of the shop's daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include
Greeting guests and creating a welcoming first impressionManaging the service queue and helping coordinate guest visitsAnswering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting with inquiriesHelping guests choose hair care and grooming productsProcessing retail purchases and supporting daily salesKeeping retail displays stocked, organized, and presentableSupporting our barbers and stylists throughout the dayMaintaining a clean and inviting reception areaWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude and enjoys helping others.
