Are you an experienced Barber or Hairstylist who takes pride in their craft and enjoys helping others succeed? Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop Mayfield Common in Edmonton is looking for a Lead Barber / Barber Mentor to join our team! As a Barber Mentor, you'll play an important role in motivating, inspiring, and educating fellow barbers while setting the standard for quality, professionalism, and customer service. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, a positive attitude, and the confidence to lead by example.
You'll continue working behind the chair while supporting your teammates, helping improve their skills, and working alongside Shop Leadership to achieve shop goals. Your Role as a Barber MentorAs a Lead Barber, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while supporting the development and performance of the barbering team.
