About this role
Dynamech Service Trades has been operating since 1979 as a commercial, industrial HVAC/R service and maintenance provider and is looking to add a refrigeration specialist to the growing team. Dynamech is a registered Local 787 Union shop and so all team members for HVAC/R are registered with the Union Hall and the Job description is as per below.
- Install, service and repair commercial refrigeration equipment: walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-ins, display cases, ice machines and rack systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and control problems on refrigeration and HVAC/R equipment
- Do preventive maintenance on scheduled customer sites
- Recover, evacuate and charge refrigerants following ODP rules and environmental regulations
- Braze, pipe and replace parts such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, valves and controls
- Respond to service calls, including after-hours and on-call rotation
- Fill out service reports and talk customers through the work done and what?s recommended next
- Complete work in a digital platform
- Must be excited to work with a great team and provide team support.
Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 ? 40.0 per week
