About this role
We're a dynamic & growing property management company in Scarborough looking for a Property Administrator to join our team. We own and manage commercial and multi-residential properties across the city, 20+ plazas, 500k+ sq. ft., 400+ residential units and we've been growing steadily. We hold our properties long term, so we're looking for someone who wants to stay and grow with us.
We're a small group and work closely together. You'll be dealing directly with the owners day to day, not going through layers of management.
What you'll be doing
- Collecting and organizing documents from tenants, vendors and contractors
- Keeping lease files, tenant records and property files up to date
- Preparing leases, renewals and tenant notices
- Tracking rent payments and following up on arrears
- Preparing LTB forms (N4 etc.) when needed
- Entering invoices and keeping track of vendor contracts and insurance certificates
- Booking repairs and following up with contractors until the work is done
- Putting together rent rolls and monthly reports
- Helping our Property Manager with move-ins, move-outs and inspections
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in property administration or property management
- Positive if you know your way around the RTA and the LTB process
- Very organized. You follow up without being asked
- Strong communicator. You're comfortable dealing with tenants, contractors and owners, both on the phone and in writing
- Good with Excel and email

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
