We are looking for a full-time *HR Coordinator* to join our team; we?re searching for someone who shares our passion for people and our core values.
Key Duties
- Assists in employee recruitment through resume screening and preliminary phone calls.
- Completes employee onboarding including company orientations.
- Maintains accurate employee records and databases.
- Assists with WorkSafe BC and disability claims.
- Point of contact for employees, assisting with day-to-day employment questions.
- Serves on the Health & Safety Committee.
Key Qualifications
- No prior work experience required, administration or employee management experience highly beneficial.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Must have a valid Class 5 or 7 driver?s license.
