About the Role
FABCO Plastics, a well-established distributor of industrial plastic products, is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Surrey branch.
The successful candidate will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and general warehouse organization. This position requires a hands-on individual who is organized, safety-conscious, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Inventory Management
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments, including product returns.
- Verify incoming products against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Organize, label, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Perform regular inventory cycle counts and assist with stock accuracy.
- Update inventory records using the company's inventory management system.
- Ensure products are properly packaged and labelled for shipment.
- Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks when needed.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with shelf organization, product placement, and general warehouse maintenance.
- Follow company safety procedures and operational standards.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse, sales, and branch teams to support daily operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory management, customer service, or a related field.
- Forklift operating experience preferred; valid certification is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain physically active throughout the workday.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and Outlook; experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an asset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Post-secondary education is preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work as part of a team.

Salary range: 50-55k annual depending on experience.
