Full-Time Residential Cleaning Technician ? Betty?s Best Cleaning
*Pay:* $26.25 to $32.00 per hour
*Schedule:* Full-time, Monday to Friday. No nights, no weekends!

Must-Haves
- You live in the Comox Valley
- You have your own car and are happy to use it
- You can pass a criminal record check
- A valid driver?s licence
- English (required)
- 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience is great, but we?ll train the right person!
- Secondary school education (preferred)
What You?ll Be Doing
Cleaning
- Learning and following our cleaning and training system
- Providing cleaning services according to the Work Order
- Following company policies and procedures on the job
- Reporting in and out of jobs using our jobber app
- Inspecting your own work (and your teammates? work, if you?re leading a team)
- Picking up needed equipment for special cleaning jobs
- Completing job-related paperwork as required
- Keeping our customers happy with a 4-star-or-above satisfaction rating
Confidentiality
- Keeping customer information and property safe, including Work Orders, alarm codes, customer whereabouts, and house contents
- Promptly returning any customer payments (cash or cheque) and keys to the office
Communication
- Chatting with customers while you?re in their home
- Passing customer needs and issues to our customer service team
- Letting customer service know if conditions in the home have changed or don?t match the Work Order
Safety
- Following company safety policies and guidelines
- Carrying SDS sheets for cleaning products in your work binder
Representing Betty?s Best
- Looking clean and professional in your company uniform or work attire
- Washing, maintaining, and replacing your work apron as needed
- Acting with integrity at all times
Taking Care of Your Supplies
- Washing supplies, including cleaning towels and cloths
- Refilling cleaners and replenishing tools, and letting the office know if company-supplied items run low
- Maintaining your own vacuum, or emptying and returning the customer?s vacuum to its place
- Covering your own transportation costs, such as gas and insurance
