What You'll Be Doing
- Lift cartons from conveyor lines and palletize products for shipment
- Shrink-wrap pallets to ensure safe and secure transportation
- Verify orders are packaged, staged, and prepared correctly for shipment
- Load completed pallets into containers and trailers
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and shipping activity
- Assist with order picking, packaging, and warehouse operations
- Support inventory accuracy and material handling activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse technology preferred
- Experience in material handling, order fulfillment, or inventory management
- Ability to lift and move products throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented attitude with a focus on safety and quality
Schedule
Regular Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMPeak Season Hours: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Work Environment
You'll work in the outbound shipping department of a busy distribution center that supports the storage, fulfillment, and shipment of products nationwide. This is an active role that involves lifting, palletizing, loading shipments, and keeping products moving efficiently throughout the warehouse.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hagerstown, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
