What You'll Be Doing
🎨 Apply high-quality coatings and finishes to industrial machinery and components using HVLP spray guns🔧 Prepare metal surfaces for painting through sanding, buffing, grinding, cleaning, and finishing🏭 Paint industrial equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment while maintaining production goals📏 Follow paint specifications, work instructions, and quality standards📦 Safely move materials and components weighing up to 50 lbs. Work from heights as needed to paint larger machinery and elevated equipment🤝 Collaborate with team members to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet customer expectations Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment
What We're Looking For
Experience operating an HVLP spray gun in an industrial, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or similar environment Experience with paint preparation, including sanding, buffing, grinding, and surface cleaning Knowledge of industrial painting processes, coatings, spray guns, and airless sprayers Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout the shift Comfortable bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, and performing physical work Comfortable working from heights when required Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
