Job Title: HVAC Service TechnicianJob DescriptionJoin our team as an HVAC Service Technician, where you will be responsible for handling HVAC service calls for commercial and industrial buildings. You will be dispatched to 4-5 different sites per day, depending on the required repairs. Your role involves communicating with customers to understand issues, diagnosing and troubleshooting problems, executing repairs, and updating customers on the progress.
Responsibilities
- Handle HVAC service calls for commercial and industrial buildings.
- Dispatch to 4-5 different sites per day for necessary repairs.
- Communicate with customers to understand issues and provide updates.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC-related problems.
- Execute repairs efficiently and effectively.
Essential Skills
- 4 years of experience in commercial HVAC service work, including troubleshooting RTUs, air handlers, boilers, chillers, and building automation systems.
- Proficiency in HVAC, troubleshooting, and service for commercial settings.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Valid Driver's License with the ability to be insured and drive a company vehicle.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Possession of a Michigan Mechanical License is a plus.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $83200.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
