• Set up and operate Haas CNC mills and machining centers.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, tolerances, and specifications.
• Machine precision parts while holding tolerances as tight as ±.001".
• Perform tooling changes, offsets, and basic program edits using Fanuc controls.
• Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of CNC setup and operation experience.
• Experience with Haas CNC equipment preferred.
• Ability to load programs, adjust offsets, and set tooling.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Experience using precision measuring tools.
• Familiarity with Fanuc controls.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
