What You'll Do
As a Reach Truck Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly by safely moving inventory, replenishing stock, and supporting accurate inventory management.
Responsibilities
Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently to move, store, and retrieve products throughout the warehouse. Complete inventory put-aways, replenishments, and pick-face moves. Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy. Conduct empty bin checks and ensure picking locations are fully stocked. Use RF scanners to track inventory movements and update warehouse management systems. Assist with loading, unloading, and general material handling activities as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating standards.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Reach Truck operating experience in a warehouse or distribution environment. Valid Reach Truck Certification/License. Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems. Forklift and general material handling experience. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Strong English communication skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Double Walkie experience and valid certification. Dock Stocker experience and valid certification. Previous Order Picker or warehouse associate experience. Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy. Team-player attitude with a commitment to workplace safety.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.15 - $22.15/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
