Job Overview
Looking for a dependable General Laborer to help repair and refurbish construction trailers for future jobsite use. This is a great entry-level opportunity offering hands-on training, steady hours, and growth potential in the construction trades.
Responsibilities
- Repair and restore construction trailers
- Install flooring, drywall, siding, insulation, and windows
- Perform demolition, caulking, and basic carpentry tasks
- Safely use hand and power tools
- Assist with trailer assembly and shop projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety guidelines and work as part of a team
- Lift and move materials up to 40 lbs
Qualifications
- Construction, landscaping, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift 20-40 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
- Forklift experience a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
