📍 Full-Time | 1st and 2nd Shift | 4-Day Work WeekAre you organized, dependable, and looking for a stable career in manufacturing? We are seeking a Stock Keeper to support inventory management, material handling, and production operations in a clean, climate-controlled facility. This role is critical to ensuring materials and parts are available when needed to keep production running efficiently.
Schedule & Pay
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PMCompensation:
- $18.00/hour base pay
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 12:00 PM - 10:30 PMCompensation:
- $18.00/hour base pay
- $1.00/hour shift differential
- $19.00/hour total pay
Key Responsibilities
- Pull, stage, and deliver parts and materials to production areas
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for assembly and manufacturing operations
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
- Verify inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Process material requests, returns, and replacement orders
- Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate material handling equipment and inventory storage systems
- Supply materials to production and shipping departments as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company quality, inventory, and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, stockroom, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow pick lists, work orders, and inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic computer and inventory tracking experience preferred
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Chesterfield, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
