About this role
Join a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility operating Haas mills and CNC lathes. We're seeking experienced CNC Machinists with setup, tooling, blueprint reading, and inspection experience.
What You'll Do
Set up and operate CNC lathes and Haas mills Perform tooling changes and machine setups Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring tools Make minor CNC program adjustments as needed Complete production and quality documentation using iPads Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and productivity
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of CNC machining experience (mills and/or lathes) CNC setup experience including tooling changes Ability to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances Experience using precision measuring instruments Basic CNC program editing experience preferred Comfortable machining aluminum and steel components

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
