Aerotek is actively hiring Assemblers for Trane Technologies in Fort Smith, AR. $18.00/hour Overtime available (1.5x pay)Available Shifts
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Monday-Friday Schedule Occasional Saturday OvertimeWhat You'll Be Doing
- Assemble fans and fan components using hand and power tools
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
- Work with team members to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, production, or industrial experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools
- Electrical or wiring experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work overtime as needed

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
