🛠Job Responsibilities
- Weld and fit large structural steel components
- Manufacture utility poles, traffic control poles, and large industrial structures
- Perform MIG, Flux-Core, and Metalcore welding
- Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Conduct fit-up, layout, and assembly work
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards
Qualifications
- Welding or fabrication experience preferred
- Structural welding experience is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience using welding and fitting tools
- Strong attention to detail and safety

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.50 - $28.25/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
