Pay & Schedule
3rd Shift: Monday Night - Saturday Morning9:30 PM - 6:00 AMTraining Schedule:
- Candidates must be available to train on 2nd Shift for up to 2 weeks before transitioning to 3rd Shift.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assemble catheter-based medical devices under a microscope
- Perform precision assembly using specialized tools and equipment
- Conduct in-process inspections to ensure product quality
- Follow SOPs, GMPs, and production documentation
- Complete manufacturing and quality records accurately
- Work closely with engineering and production teams
- Utilize adhesives, UV curing systems, and other specialized equipment
- Maintain compliance within a cleanroom manufacturing environment
Qualifications
-1+ year of manufacturing, production, or medical device assembly experience-Experience working under a microscope-Cleanroom experience preferred-Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail-Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly procedures-Experience with catheter assembly is highly preferred-Knowledge of GMP and regulated manufacturing environments is a plusWhy Join This Team?

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlsbad, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
