Assembly Worker - 1st Shift
Position: Assembly WorkerSchedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Full-Time
Job Duties
- Perform assembly, fabrication, and finishing work on production lines.
- Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
- Assemble, glue, solder, and finish product components.
- Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, and assembly tools.
- Operate power tools including drills, grinders, impact guns, and circular saws.
- Drill holes and modify products as needed.
- Load and unload materials from pallets and skids.
- Move materials safely throughout the facility.
- Operate forklifts, hoists, and material-handling equipment.
- Perform touch-up painting and finishing tasks.
- Complete production paperwork and documentation.
- Support fabrication, repair, installation, and general labor activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to complete work-related documentation.
- Willingness to learn and rotate between different tasks.

- Mechanical assembly experience.
- Carpentry or construction bg
- Warehouse and material handling experience.
- Forklift or industrial equipment experience.
- Fabrication, repair, or welding experience.
- Production planning knowledge.
- Bilingual communication skills.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
