🛠Job Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble structural steel components
- Perform MIG and Flux-Core welding on structural steel assemblies
- Build skids, platforms, supports, frames, and heavy steel structures
- Use fabrication tools including grinders, saws, clamps, calipers, and measuring devices
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
Qualifications
- Welding, fitting, fabrication, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Blueprint reading experience is a plus
- Experience with structural steel, skids, platforms, or heavy fabrication preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
