Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Manufacturing/Bottling FacilityShift Options
- Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:30 AM-3:00 PM
- Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 12-hour shifts (36 hours worked, paid for 40)
What You'll Do
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems.
- Work with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and VFD systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Diagnose equipment issues and make repairs to keep production running smoothly.
- Read electrical and mechanical schematics for troubleshooting.
- Support facility upkeep and complete maintenance projects throughout the plant.
- Work closely with operators, vendors, and team members to resolve maintenance issues.
- Document repairs and maintenance activities.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, VFDs, and three-phase power.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Experience performing preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice to Have
- Associate's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.
- Journeyman certification or similar maintenance credentials.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience with industrial automation and facility maintenance projects.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buda, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $36.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
