Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician1st shift - $25-$35Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to ensure the maintenance and reliability of our manufacturing facility. This full-time position, available on the day shift, involves working with a variety of fabrication equipment, CNC machines, and industrial machinery, along with handling general building and facility maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair a variety of fabrication and CNC machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
- Complete preventative maintenance and routine equipment inspections.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Perform general building and facility maintenance, including basic repairs and upkeep.
- Identify maintenance issues and determine whether repairs can be completed internally or require outside support.
- Communicate and coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, inspections, and facility services.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and maintenance projects.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Document completed maintenance and repairs as needed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
