Qualifications
- Prior CNC machining experience
- Ability to set up and operate CNC lathes and/or mills
- Ability to perform tooling changes and offsets
- Ability to edit and troubleshoot CNC programs
Pay & Benefits
- $28-$33/hour, based on experience
- 10% shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift positions
- Profit Sharing Program
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Erie, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45000.00 - $80000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Rexnord offers prorated PTO to employees (based on hours worked). Once a full year of tenure is hit they get 2 weeks of PTO
THE SHOP IS SHUT DOWN FROM DECEMBER 24TH-JAN 2ND and hourly workers will be paid during this period of time
