General Production Worker

No food industry experience required; manufacturing, warehouse, packing, or general labor experience is welcome!
What You'll Do
As a General Production Worker, you will play a key role in producing and packaging quality food products. Daily responsibilities include: Loading raw materials into production equipment Monitoring production flow and ensuring smooth operations Packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment Conducting quality inspections to maintain product standards Palletizing finished products for storage and distribution Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment Following safety, quality, and GMP procedures
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Ability to read and understand basic work instructions in English
- Experience with packaging, assembly, production lines, or material handling preferred
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Food manufacturing experience
- GMP or quality-controlled production experience
- Experience working in refrigerated or cold environments
- Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
Work Schedule
🕒 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday2:30 PM - 11:00 PMOpportunity for consistent hours and overtime when available.
Work Environment
- Clean and organized food production facility
- Temperature-controlled environment (38-42°F)
- Fast-paced production setting
- Steel-toe boots required
- Safety glasses, ear protection, and protective frocks provided

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pleasant Prairie, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
